Woah, hold up! Firstly, I am flattered you have this opinion of me. But yes, I am in constant struggle with my mind. Although some things I have realised of late is
1. Everybody is so wrapped up in their own business that they really do not care or think of you as much as you imagine. They aren’t going to judge you.
2. Everybody has their own worries, flaws, insecurities. Just be happy in the moment and take every day as it comes.
3. Remember to ENJOY life and fully participate. If you are isolating yourself or holding back from having fun then those unkind thoughts are bound to arise and dwell on them
4. Immerse into life, surround yourself with positive people and all the things that make you feel ALIVE and YOU. Find your talents, hobbies, passions, inspirations.
